Villa Loaisa

Cala Advocat

The Platgeta de l’Advocat is small and sandy, with a breakwater that shelters it from the waves. That makes it Benissa’s calmest cove for swimming with children: the water gets deeper slowly and there are hardly ever any waves.

The water has that turquoise colour you see in photos of the area, and the car park is practically next door, which on this coast of cliffs is no small thing.

It has its own beach bar, L’Espigó, with a far wider menu than you usually find at a cove.

If you go

It is one of the easiest coves, which is why it fills up early. If you want a beach day with no long walks or long flights of steps, this is the one in Benissa.

Where to stay

Villa Loaisa is in the countryside of Benissa, with a private pool and room for eight. All these coves are a short drive away.
